How TableFlow compares
TableFlow costs less each month than the full platforms, takes no commission, and includes the guest hub that card-terminal add-ons leave out. Prices exclude VAT and come from each provider's own pricing pages, checked on 14 October 2026. They change, so check before you decide.
| Provider | Monthly price | Fees on each payment | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|---|
| TableFlow | £49–£129 | Stripe's standard rates, paid to Stripe; no TableFlow commission | Single-site independents wanting ordering plus a guest hub |
| sunday | £149–£199 | Not published | Busy venues wanting pay at table and bill splitting |
| SumUp Order & Pay | £39 | 2.5% | Venues already using SumUp tills |
| Square for Restaurants | Free; Plus £69 | 1.75% in person; 1.4% + 25p online | Venues already using Square |
| Toast | From £80 | Not published | Venues replacing their whole till system |
| Storekit | Grow £99; Pro (with QR order and pay) £199 | Per-order fee | Venues wanting ordering, takeaway and delivery in one |
On total cost, card fees matter as much as the monthly price, so TableFlow is not always the cheapest. Its value is the guest hub, call escalation, stock alerts and setup done for you, at a price between the add-ons and the full platforms.
Where others fall short for a small independent
| Provider | The gap | How TableFlow handles it |
|---|---|---|
| me&u (including Mr Yum) | No published prices; sold through a sales process aimed at high-volume pubs, bars and food halls | Published flat prices from £49 a month; set up in about a week for restaurants with 10 tables or more |
| sunday | £149–£199 a month, with ordering (+£50) and loyalty (+£49) as paid add-ons; transaction fees not published | From £49 a month; loyalty card, review link and private feedback included from the £69 plan; no TableFlow commission |
| SumUp Order & Pay | 2.5% on every order, and it needs SumUp's £39 POS Plus plan | No fee on pay-at-till orders; online card payments at Stripe's standard rates; no change of card terminal needed |
| Square for Restaurants | Designed around Square's own till system | Works alongside any till; a Square integration is planned so the two can connect |
| Toast | Means replacing the whole till system; from £80 a month, card rates not published | Adds ordering and a guest hub without replacing anything |
| Storekit | QR order and pay sits in the £199 Pro plan, plus per-order fees | QR ordering and payment included from £49 a month |
