Legal
Terms of service
1. Who we are
TableFlow is provided by [legal entity name], [company number], [registered address] ("we").
2. The service
We provide software for table ordering, kitchen display, venue hub features, reporting and optional guest promotions. Each venue ("you") is responsible for the food, prices, menu information, allergen declarations, staff and any promotions it runs.
3. Subscriptions
- A new account's first venue gets a 15-day free trial with no card. If no plan is chosen by the end of the trial, guest ordering pauses and nothing is charged.
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance at the prices on our pricing page plus VAT where applicable.
- The one-off setup fee shown on our pricing page is billed with your first payment and is separate from your subscription.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Your data is kept for [retention period] after cancellation, then deleted unless you ask us to export it.
- If a payment fails, ordering keeps working during a grace period of [N] days while we contact you.
4. Guest payments
When online payments are enabled, guests pay you directly through your own Stripe account. You are the merchant of record and are responsible for refunds, disputes and Stripe's fees under your agreement with Stripe. We do not hold your funds.
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep menu prices, VAT settings and allergen information accurate and confirmed.
- Only enable the prize wheel after your promotion terms have been reviewed by a qualified adviser, and honour rewards issued under them.
- Comply with consumer, food information, data protection and promotion law.
- Keep staff logins secure and remove staff who leave.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other venues' data, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service; keep a manual fallback (pen and paper) for orders. [Liability cap and exclusions to be drafted by an adviser.]
